If you want to use our services to book a cleaner, we will need to obtain some initial details from you. You can provide these by emailing or calling us and providing the information over the phone.
We will then speak with you at length to ensure that we fully understand your requirements, and provide you with the type of cleaner most suitable for you.
Quite often we will have suitable cleaning operatives already on our file, and so you can tell us straight away if you would like us to arrange one for you.
If we do not have any suitable cleaning operative to hand, we will begin our search process to match your requirement.
We will keep in regular contact to inform you of the progress.
We will forward onto you the Cleaner’s Profile for anyone you are interested in, and we will follow up with you to find out who you would like to meet.
We are keen to make sure everything is going well and so we will contact you after a day, after a couple of weeks and after a month or two.
